STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES please read carefully before ordering!

PRICES: All prices on our list are F.O.B. our Los Angeles, California warehousse. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING PROCEDURES: Telephone, fax, mail or e-mail orders are accepted. If ordering by phone , please call Monday through Saturday 9:00 am. to 5:30 pm. Pacific time While ordering. be sure to include your customer Number ( if applicable), Item Number, Quality Description, Price, Your comany's name , Telephone Number,Billing and Shippimg Address. First time interstate customers must submit State or Federal Tax I.D. number.

PAYMENT: payments are to be prepaid or cash on delivery unless arrangements are made with our staff prior to the shipment.

Payment methods includes: PREPAID/CASH/COD: payment can be cash, Cashiers, check, Money Order or Wire Transfer. prepaid orders must include a 20 % deposit for shipping charges. Shipment of orders pepaid by company or personal checks may be delayed until the check has been cleared by the bank. COD orders are cash Only and require a 20% deposit. If your shipping cost is less than 20%. we will credit your account for he difference or issue a refund upon your request. CHECKS: Payment by check must be approved prior to shiping; checks must be imprinted with name, current addres and telephone number. Credit cards with I.D. will be required for personal checks. OPEN ACCOUNT: Standard terms are Net OG (Receipt of Goods): payment is due immediatelly upon receipt of the merchandise. Terms will be extended only after evaluation of suitable open account trade and financial refences. CREDIT WILL BE EXTENDED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Credit applications will be furnished upon request. A minumum of three weeks are required for the evaluation of the application.

A $ 20.00 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH RETURNED CHECK.

SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for all the shipping and COD charges. Shipment will be sent as directed and in the absence of instuctons, The shipping methods will be detemined by our staff. We will ship the least expensive way possibel.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Packing, including artwork and product name may differ from time to time. We maintain the right to make substitutions without prior notification if the product is considered of equal or better quality and at price comparable to the quoted pice.

RETURNS: returned merchandise will be accepted only with prior written authorization by our sales staff. Credit for deffective products and shortage will be given only with pior written authorization by our sales staff. All authorizations must be requested no latter than five days after delivery: shortage, deffective products and discrepancies must be reported withing 48 hours of delivey. All returns: must be marked clearly and fright prepaid. We will not accept returns COD or collect basis. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for special or custom order. Please note that all merchandise is securely packed in good condition and carefully inspected when delivered to the carrier. Our reponsibility for damage ceases when your order is accepted and signed for by the carrier. If your shipment appears to have been damaged, request anotation to the effect on your delivery receipt. Promptly unpack and inspect the contents and notify the deliver agent immediately of any damage and file a claim with agent for the damaged merchandise.

REFUSALS For any order, the customer is responsible for all the freight charges and restocking fee of 20% of the invoice amount. The minimun restocking fee is $ 50.00
